Be WiTh Me

I was falling asleep fast at around 11.15pm with my radio on. It was only a 45 mins of sleep and I was awaken by this annoying pounding noise coming from the unit above my home. And the noise was coming from above my room! This time round, it really boils my blood cos for the past two weekends, I have been keeping quiet about the drilling noise coming from above. But since it was a weekend, I didn’t wanna go up and confront my neighbour about his room tenant. But bloody hell, today its a Monday night or rather Tuesday morning, and damn they are pounding things in the middle of the night!! Has my darn neighbour gone deaf of the noise or what.

Straight away, I got up of bed and went to knock on my mum’s door to get her to go confront our neighbour with me. Why my mum and not my dad? Cos she is good at complaining thats why! Ha….

Knocking on the door, no one came to answer till we were like warning them from outside to stop the damn pounding. The moment the door was opened, that darn neighbour actually raised his voice and yelled at my mum. I was already walking away then and immediately I do an U-turn back. Instead of feeling apologetic, this shameless neighbour of ours started accusing us of trying to find fault with him and that we were always so complainy. Hey man, this is the first time I am up at his house trying to reason things with him! What is so complainy?? Wanna try staying underneath my unit and I do the pounding in the middle of the night?? This is really outrageous!! Totally insane and ridiculous.

The more we tried to reason with him, the more nasty he turned and his words started to get ugly. Wah…. This man is really hopeless to the cord!! His impression as a polite man is thoroughly tarnished after tonight. Its seriously unbelieveable that he ould turned out to be such an ‘ugly’ person…. Is he suffering from menopause or what….??!!

I couldn’t be bothered with such a babarian that I had to pulled my mum away (she was still exchanging words with him….). Just then, an Indian guy who works at the provision shop downstairs, popped out from the staircase. He told my mum in malay that the tenants is his family and he is very sorry about what happened. Now this is what I call ‘politeness’. We didn’t wanna fight nor make things ugly in the first place. All we wanna do is to convey a message not to disturb my sleep! For your info, I got to get up at 6am to go work man! What’s the time now? Great, 12.35am…. What am I still doing here? Cos I can’t sleep…. Darn…. :s
